The founder of cadohq has spent twenty years acquiring clients. Enterprise software. Hospitality technology. Professional services. He has built sales motions from zero, hired SDRs, written cadences, sat through demos that went nowhere, and closed deals that should not have closed on paper.

He still does the work, in a separate executive leadership role where he runs an active sales pipeline every day. cadohq was built first as an internal tool to score his own outbound. It is still in his stack.

The pattern.

Most cadences ship without being scored against the prospect they are written for. A rep writes a sequence on Monday, the SDR launches it Tuesday, and nobody knows until reply rates come back whether the research, the angle, or the threshold was right.

The fix is not more volume. It is a scoring layer that runs before the cadence goes out. Score the research depth. Score the angle against the persona. Score the threshold against historical data. Decide whether to ship, refine, or kill it.

That is the entire thesis of cadohq.

cadohq did not start as a product. It started as a scoring script the founder ran against his own outbound. The first version flagged a cadence aimed at a top-tier resort prospect. The score suggested a different angle. The revised email went out at 2:32 PM. A reply and a booked meeting came back 28 hours later. Email only. No phone follow-up.

That result became the validation framework. Every version of cadohq since has been tested first on a live pipeline before any external user has touched it. The founder is the first customer. The first customer is still using it.
