Overview
cadohq, a product of PYZN Innovation Studio, provides pre-deployment cadence scoring for revenue teams. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using cadohq you agree to the practices described here.
Data we collect
Account data: name, work email, company, role, and authentication identifiers. We collect this when you sign up or are invited to a workspace.
Workspace data: cadences, prospect records, and integration metadata you upload or sync from connected platforms such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, scores generated, and timestamps. We use this to improve the product and to support your team.
Billing data: company name, billing email, and payment information. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on cadohq servers.
How we use data
To deliver the scoring service, including running cadence research and generating composite scores.
To calibrate scoring weights using your workspace's historical outcomes. Calibration is workspace-scoped and never shared across tenants.
To send transactional emails about your account, billing, and product updates you have opted into.
To detect abuse, debug errors, and meet our legal obligations.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers who help us run cadohq, including cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and analytics. These providers are bound by contract to handle data only on our behalf.
We may disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of cadohq, our users, or others.
Your prospect research
Research runs in your workspace, never leaves your tenant boundary, and is not used to train any shared model. Aggregated, de-identified product telemetry may be used to improve the service.
Data retention
Workspace data is retained for the life of your account. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings. After account closure we retain backups for up to 90 days, after which data is permanently deleted, subject to legal holds.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@cadohq.com.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. See our Security page for details.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
