Terms of service.

By accessing or using cadohq, a product of PYZN Innovation Studio, you agree to these terms. If you are using cadohq on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

cadohq is a pre-deployment cadence scoring platform. You may use it to score outbound sales cadences, manage prospect data, and integrate with connected platforms. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may not share your account, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with the service.

You may not use cadohq to send spam, to violate any law, to infringe on others' rights, or to attack the service or its users.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service, except where law expressly permits.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to cadohq. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to operate the service for you.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. Pricing in effect at renewal applies.

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Annual plans converted to a lower tier or cancelled mid-cycle receive account credit for the remaining period.

Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them on your behalf.

A 14-day free trial of the Individual tier is available with no card on file. At the end of the trial, your workspace will pause unless you choose to subscribe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or to comply with law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. You may export your data for up to 30 days after termination.

cadohq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that scores will produce any specific business outcome, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that the service will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYZN Innovation Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Each party's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PYZN Innovation Studio is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
