Pull
Cadences are pulled from SalesLoft or Outreach via OAuth. Read-only: message bodies and prospect metadata only.
Resolve segment
Prospect cohort is resolved from segment definition or uploaded list. Signal coverage is computed before scoring.
Score
Six dimensions are evaluated against the cohort: persona fit, pain alignment, sequence logic, revenue relevance, proof strength, originality.
Verdict
Auto-deploy, Revise, or Hold. Revise responses include the specific edits (by step) that would clear the threshold.
Gmail and Yahoo require senders to keep spam complaints below 0.1%, and never to reach 0.3%, three complaints per 1,000 messages. Cross that line and the domain stops delivering. Generic, irrelevant cadences are what generate those complaints, so a single weak campaign can degrade every campaign that follows it. Scoring before deployment is how that cost is avoided.
